How do I cancel my Pro subscription?

Open Profile → subscription or billing settings to manage your subscription. If self-service cancellation is not available for your account, contact support and access continues until the end of the current billing period unless stated otherwise at checkout.

What do I receive after payment?

CHEALY.NET Pro purchases activate subscription access on the account used at checkout. Marketplace purchases deliver digital access to the purchased content through your CHEALY.NET account and reader experience.

I was charged but cannot access Pro features.

Email support@chealy.net with the account email used at checkout and the approximate charge date. We will verify your subscription status with Stripe.
