CHEALY.NET ("we," "us," "our") operates the AI-powered interactive learning platform at https://chealy.net, offering AI Coach, Interactive Books, and the Creator Marketplace. This Refund Policy explains how we review refund requests for CHEALY.NET subscriptions and marketplace digital content.
Subscriptions
CHEALY.NET Pro subscriptions are billed in advance for the interval selected at checkout (monthly, 3-month, or yearly). Unless required by law, subscription charges are generally non-refundable once the billing period has started. If you cancel, your subscription remains active through the end of the paid term and future renewals stop.
Marketplace digital content
Marketplace purchases on CHEALY.NET provide digital access to content through your account, library, and reader experience. Because access is delivered digitally, marketplace content is generally non-refundable after purchase unless required by law, the purchase was duplicated, the wrong amount was charged, or the content could not be delivered due to a verified platform issue.
When we may approve a refund
We may approve a refund or account credit for duplicate charges, confirmed billing errors, verified technical failures that prevented access, fraud handled under payment-provider rules, or situations where consumer protection law requires a remedy.
When refunds are usually not available
Refunds are usually not available for unused time remaining in an active billing period, subscription renewals that were not canceled before the renewal date, changes of mind after digital access has been delivered, or dissatisfaction with marketplace content where the product was delivered as described.
How to request help
Email support@chealy.net within 14 days of the charge when possible. Include the email on your CHEALY.NET account, the approximate charge date, the amount charged, and a short description of the issue so we can investigate quickly.
Chargebacks and payment disputes
If you believe a charge is unauthorized or incorrect, contact us first at support@chealy.net. We will review the request and may resolve the issue faster than a formal dispute. We still honor your rights to contact your payment provider where applicable.
