You own your content

Creators retain copyright and ownership of original Interactive Books and related materials they create, subject to licenses granted below.

License to CHEALY.NET

By publishing, you grant CHEALY.NET a limited license to host, stream, display, market, and deliver your content to users who are entitled to access it, and to use reasonable excerpts for platform promotion.

Monetization

Creators may set prices and receive payouts per platform rules and payment provider terms. CHEALY.NET may charge platform fees disclosed at payout setup.

Removal

You may unpublish or request removal subject to outstanding buyer access rights and legal retention requirements.

Trust & enforcement

We investigate reports of plagiarism, impersonation, and rights violations. Violations may result in delisting or account suspension.
