Rules for using CHEALY.NET as a learner or creator, including subscriptions and billing.

Agreement

By accessing or using CHEALY.NET you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. CHEALY.NET ("we," "us," "our") operates the AI-powered interactive learning platform at https://chealy.net, offering AI Coach, Interactive Books, and the Creator Marketplace.

Service description & usage

CHEALY.NET provides guided AI-powered learning through AI Coach, immersive Interactive Books, daily lessons, and a Creator Marketplace. You may use the service only for lawful personal or commercial creator purposes described on the platform. You may not interfere with platform operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use automated tools to scrape or overload our systems.

Accounts

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us promptly at support@chealy.net if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or pose security risk.

Subscriptions & billing

Certain features (including AI Coach Pro and creator tools) require a paid subscription or one-time purchase. Prices, billing intervals, and included features are shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel through your account settings or another supported billing-management flow we provide, unless stated otherwise. You authorize us and our payment partners to charge your selected payment method for applicable fees and taxes.

Refund policy

See our dedicated Refund Policy for details. In general, subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing period has started and marketplace digital content is generally non-refundable after access has been delivered, except where required by law or when we confirm duplicate charges, billing mistakes, or verified technical failures. If you believe you were charged in error, contact support@chealy.net within 14 days of the charge with your account email and transaction details. We may offer credits or refunds at our discretion for duplicate charges, verified technical failures, or as required by applicable consumer law.

Creator content & marketplace

Creators retain ownership of original content they publish. By publishing on CHEALY.NET, creators grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, distribute, stream, and promote their content solely to operate the platform, process payments, and deliver learning experiences to authorized users. Creators represent they have rights to publish listed works.

Learner access

Purchased or entitled access to Interactive Books and lessons is personal and non-transferable unless we state otherwise. You may not scrape, bulk-download, redistribute, or circumvent access controls for protected content.

AI-generated content disclaimer

AI Coach, narration, auto-expand, and other AI features may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate output. AI responses are for educational support only—not professional medical, legal, financial, or mental-health advice. You are responsible for how you use AI output and for verifying important information. Do not rely on AI as a substitute for qualified professionals.

Acceptable use

You may not use CHEALY.NET to infringe intellectual property, harass others, distribute malware, exploit minors, generate unlawful content, circumvent access controls, or automate abusive scraping. We may remove content and suspend accounts that violate this policy.

Termination

You may stop using CHEALY.NET at any time and may request account closure via support@chealy.net. We may suspend or terminate access for violations, non-payment, fraud risk, or legal requirements. Upon termination, certain licenses and billing obligations survive as described in these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimer & limitation of liability

CHEALY.NET and AI features are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CHEALY.NET and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the platform. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the greater of (a) amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100), except where liability cannot be limited by law.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
