Human creators first

Creators are responsible for published Interactive Books. AI tools assist drafting, narration, and coaching—they do not replace creator accountability.

Creator ownership

To the extent permitted by law, creators own rights in their published works, including AI-assisted text and media they edit, select, and approve for publication.

Platform use of AI

CHEALY.NET uses AI for AI Coach, personalization, narration, and creator tools. Outputs are provided for learning on-platform unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Learner use

Learners receive a personal license to consume entitled content. Learners do not acquire ownership of books or marketplace listings.

Training & retention

We do not claim ownership of your private drafts. Operational logs may be retained for safety, billing, and support. We do not use your content to train public third-party models beyond what your chosen AI providers require to process requests.
